Soneva Fushi in Baa Atoll is gearing up to host their Soneva SOUL Festival for the third year running. Described as a “celebration of conscious living”, Soneva SOUL Festival is part-wellness retreat and part-health forum with interactive workshops, lectures, panel discussions, communal dining, and group fitness classes.
From cryotherapy and breathwork to guided movement and ayurveda, the festival offers experiences that run the gamut from cutting edge technology all the way to traditional indigenous practices.
Though this year’s line-up of wellness experts has yet to be announced, it promises to be an exciting programme based on past years – oncology specialist Dr Natasha Winters, the founder and co-founder of Flow Genome Project Jamie Wheal & Julie Webster, and professor of stem cell research Katarina Le Blanc are just some of the distinguished experts who have featured in Soneva SOUL Festival.
The 2025 Soneva SOUL Festival will take place from October 9th – 13th.
